Marissa Marcel: What’s the problem?

IMMORTALITY can be described as an interconnected trilogy written by Sam Barlow, creator of Her Story. Use the cinematic ability of teleporting from scene the next to discover a trove of newly unearthed footage from the three lost films of Marissa Marcel and traverse decades of cinematic history.

1968

Alan Fischer directs Ambrosio’s adaptation of M. G. Lewis’s Gothic book The Monk. The character is not known. Marissa Marcel plays the role of Matilda.

1970

John Durick writes his thriller Minsky with Marcel as a subject. The movie unfolds at New York City and concerns the murder of the artistic. Marissa plays the role as the muse who was murdered.

1999

To celebrate his last performance, Durick teams up with Marcel again as she returns after a long absence. Two of Everything, a action thriller with a subversive message about the two-fold nature of a pop singer and her double is called “Two of everything”.

They were never released. These movies were believed to have been lost or destroyed. Until now.
